China Service Support Enhancements

Gemcor is pleased to announce that to further enhance their Beijing based joint venture for service and spare parts, the addition of a full time factory trained employee that will now be based out of Beijing.

Liu, Chang who was hired in the US as a Service Engineer had been based out of Gemcor’s West Seneca, NY headquarters where he had been closely involved in a large number of Gemcor’s systems, however, most notably systems destined for Chinese end-users. Liu, Chang will now be based out of Beijing full-time where he will be on call to more effectively handle the customer service needs of Gemcor’s rapidly increasing Chinese customer base.

Tony Goddard, Gemcor’s Executive Vice President & COO stated that Gemcor is excited with this new and improved in-country customer support. He further stated that this addition will further enhance Gemcor’s current in country service capabilities with a dedicated Gemcor employee now located full time in China with the ability to more easily and efficiently respond to our important customers needs.

As Tony Goddard indicated, this will give our valued Chinese customers access to a much higher level of technical support in the same time zone and work schedule.
